The whole idea of labor and delivery makes me feel a little funny inside, and not in a good way! Well, all I have to say is thank goodness I live where I do and in the time that I live in. Hospitals and their ugly, impersonal rooms seem like a cake walk in comparison to the gift I got at a white elephant gift exchange...
Behold the "Mexican Birthing Chair"! Lane keeps wanting me to sit in it, but I am afraid even that will send me into labor or that I will just fall out of it. I have to wonder what sadistic man thought this up and gave it to some poor woman to use.
Speaking of things that make me cringe... I love my pregnant belly, but all of a sudden this week I have had multiple people comment on how big I have gotten. I even had one person ask how many babies am I having. I understand that my belly is big, but really people, think about what you are saying to the big ol' pregnant girl.
