So, here are numbers 10,9,8:
#10 Maddox's first real smiles. I can remember sitting in the living room way back last spring with Lane and Laresa. We were making noises and silly faces and Maddox just started breaking out into these beautiful smiles. We were goofy with happiness experiencing some real joy with the little guy.
#9 The mobile. I never knew how fascinating a Winnie the Pooh mobile could be until I experienced it through the eyes of a 3 month old. Max would sometimes lay there for 45 minutes watching his mobile and cooing. The happiest baby ever in the land of Tigger and Piglet and Eeyore.
#8 Max's first taste of real food. I don't know who decided that rice cereal was the best thing to give a baby as their first "food". Looking back it seems like a stupid decision and I would say Max would agree. I have never seen a more unhappy baby than my little man when he got his first taste of the bland, gross rice cereal.
So there you go... I know you are all in suspense about what more I have to say but I will save that for tomorrow!

Yep, I think those are all pretty special! I've felt so privileged to be able to experience Max as he's growing into the wonderful little man that he is. I'm so happy that I've been able to be there and experience some of his "top 10." And I agree, while we got some good pictures from his rice cereal experience, it is an awful thing to give babies for their first food, yuck! Love you. . .and thank you for letting me share in so many moments! It means the world to me!!
