Lost Cause

In the interest of raising a non-violent, non-aggressive, slightly less crazy son, we had removed a lot of Max's "weapons". He already, at the ripe old age of 2.99, has a plethora of foam swords, foam blasters, light sabers, nerf guns, etc. Max has a little trouble being aggressive, so we decided limiting that type of play might be a good thing. We took his "weapons" and put them downstairs in the basement to be played with infrequently.

The result:
My son is still 100% boy and has now turned all of my kitchen utensils into his weapons. My spatula became the "flip flopper" and is now responsible for decimating scores of storm troopers. My big spoon became the "spooner" and has blasted an entire army of dragon guys.

I'm thinking his weapons aren't the problem.
