Well, I know I have been horrible about posting on my blog! I mean, jeez, it has almost been 20 days since my last post.
BUT I have some really good excuses.
First, it has been freaking cold... which means our basement is cold, which means I don't want to get down there on the computer.
Second, I haven't been going down to the basement as the stairs have become increasingly hard to negotiate.
Third, I have been pregnant and lazy. I think that is my best reason for not posting.
Well, to give you all an update on the baby front. Junior is looking good and healthy. In fact, I had another sonogram today to check Junior's size. My ob was curious because I have been measuring ahead. Well, Junior at age 36 weeks and 5 days weighed a whopping 7 pounds 12 ounces. Yes, my friends, you read that correctly... this child is supposed to stay in me for another 3 weeks and 2 days and he already weighs almost 8 pounds.
They took my blood pressure soon after giving me this news and my blood pressure was up. Lane said of course it was up, they had just told me I was going to birth a giant!
In other news, I am 1 cm dialated. I guess that means baby day is coming soon!
I am going to go lay down and try not freak out about the labor I am soon to experience!

I was also going to call you and harass you about not posting. I'm glad that all is going well for you! I can't wait to meet Junior! All is well with me. I'll call you soon and give you a full update. Love you!!
